Directions for Use
Sleep Stack is designed to be used during periods when sleep support is required.
1 serving (2 capsules) is to be taken, preferably 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach.
If a late meal before bed is being consumed, 1 serving is best taken before this final meal.
