Directions for Use

Omega 3 High Strength capsules have been designed to be used during periods when ensuring daily essential fatty acid intake is a priority.

1 serving (1 softgel) is to be taken up to three times daily.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ideally, Omega 3 High Strength can be stacked alongside Multivitamin and Mineral Pro to ensure the basis of optimal health is covered.
