Directions for Use

Vitamin D3 is designed to be used during periods when optimal daily health support is required.

1 serving (1 tablet) is to be taken daily with a meal

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ideally, Vitamin D3 can be stacked alongside Vitamin K2 (MK-4), Multivitamin and Mineral Pro and Liposomal CoQ10.

Not suitable for Vegans (Lanolin derived Vitamin D3)
