  • Cream of Rice

Amino acids + carbohydrates

  • Intra EAA+ & Intra Carb+ Stack

What is the difference between hydration and fuel?

Hydration refers primarily to maintaining an appropriate fluid and electrolyte routine.

Fuel in this collection refers primarily to carbohydrate intake.

Although the two can overlap within longer training sessions, they are not interchangeable.

An electrolyte product should not automatically be treated as a carbohydrate product, and a carbohydrate powde is not automatically a complete hydration formula.

Electrolyte+ vs Intra Carb+

Electrolyte+ is the hydration focused option.

Intra Carb+ is the carbohydrate-focused option, providing 25g Cluster Dextrin®, 2.5g HydroPrime®, 2.5g D-Ribose and 500mg dipotassium phosphate per current serving.

Choose Electrolyte+ when:

  • electrolytes are the main priority
  • you want a flavoured drink
  • you want an everyday or peri-workout hydration product
  • carbohydrate intake is being managed separately

Choose Intra Carb+ when:

  • planned carbohydrate intake is the priority
  • the session is longer or higher-output
  • you prefer an unflavoured carbohydrate powder
  • you want a product that can be combined with another drink formula

Cream of Rice vs Intra Carb+

Both provide carbohydrate, but in different formats.

Cream of Rice is a food-style product that can be prepared as a bowl or thicker meal.

Intra Carb+ is designed as a drinkable peri-workout carbohydrate formula.

Use Cream of Rice for a meal-style carbohydrate option and Intra Carb+ when a drinkable format better suits the session.

When might a combined hydration and fuel routine make
sense?

Different training sessions create different practical demands.

A short gym session may need little beyond normal food and fluids. A prolonged running, cycling, hybrid or high-volume training session may involve a more deliberate plan around fluids, electrolytes and carbohydrate.

FAQs

Do I need electrolytes for every workout?

No. Requirements vary according to session duration, temperature, sweat loss, normal food intake and fluid consumption.

What is the difference between Electrolyte+ and Intra Carb+?

Electrolyte+ is primarily an electrolyte-focused product.

Intra Carb+ is primarily a carbohydrate formula providing 25g Cluster Dextrin® per serving.

Can Electrolyte+ and Intra Carb+ be used together?

They can sit within the same wider training routine when both electrolytes and carbohydrate have been deliberately included. Follow both labels and consider total fluid volume and overlapping ingredients.

Is Cream of Rice an intra-workout product?

Not primarily. It is a rice-based food-style carbohydrate product and is better positioned around meals or pre/post-training nutrition.

What is the Ultimate Intra Workout Stack?

It is the broader three-product option combining Intra EAA+, Intra Carb+ and Electrolyte+.

Do I need amino acids as well as carbohydrates?

Not automatically. Intra EAA+ and Intra Carb+ perform different formulation roles. Product selection should reflect the customer’s wider diet and training plan.
