Directions for Use
1 serving (16g) to be mixed with 400ml water and consumed.
It is recommended that a half serving is to be trialled to start.
Do not exceed more than 4 servings per day.
If the product is prepared with water and not consumed immediately, it will take on a gelatinous texture. This is normal and it is suggested to drink immediately upon making.
