Lewy Blackmore

My name is Lewy Blackmore and I am an Online Coach and SN Educator.

I’ve been competing in bodybuilding for 5 years. Prior to that, I was a CrossFit coach and footballer player. Having played for AFC Bournemouth, as a product of their youth system I was made very familiar with the strength and conditioning training from a very young age and grew into a passion as football began to slow down.  

My interests lie particularly with developing the mindset of my clients through a variety of techniques and habits which will be shared on the SN Education website
