H2Out is a fully transparent, non proprietary water balance product containing 14 ingredients at efficacious doses as part of the Supplement Needs Performance range.

Formulated by Dr Dean St Mart PhD using 9 natural herbal ingredients that induce water loss (diuresis) from the kidneys alongside 200mg Pyridoxine-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6) and 150mg PurCaf organically derived caffeine; in combination with Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium to add electrolyte balance, and Calcium D-Glucarate to support Phase 2 estrogen metabolism.

Directions for Use
H2Out is designed to be only used during brief periods of water balance manipulation.
One serving (5 capsules) to be consumed up to 3 times per day.
*Current capsule label has a typo of 5.5g serving which is incorrect.
Do not use more than 3 servings per day for more than 5 consecutive days.
Ideally, each serving can be stacked alongside 1 serving of Electrolyte+.
