Erin Thomson

My name is Erin Thomson and I am an IFBB Pro Figure Athlete. 

I have been in the bodybuilding industry for the past 4 years and have competed 9 shows in both the bikini and figure divisions playing the top 2 in every show.

I started my competing journey in April 2018 when I competed in the PCA Scottish and placed 2nd in Bikini Trained. I then went on to compete in the PCA British Finals that year and took the overall. In 2019 I transitioned into the figure division where I won my pro card in my 2nd pro qualifier.  My ultimate goal is to work my way up the IFBB Pro League and hopefully get an invite to the Olympia one day. 

Prior to competing I was a competitive Highland Dancer & Swimmer and competed for Scotland across the UK until 2016. I had a skiing accident and used the gym to help with recovery but very quickly became obsessed with bodybuilding.

In 2017 I pulled out of my Mechanical Engineering degree to pursue a career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer which was the best decision I’ve ever made.  I worked on the gym floor until the end of 2019 and then naturally transitioned into online coaching as my business grew. I have a passion for helping females transform their physiques while providing them with a high quality service that educates them throughout. My interests lie in female physiology, contest prep & female health management.

I'm an IFBB Pro, Female Transformation Specialist, Founder of The Prep Journal and I am on a mission to help transform and educate as many women as possible. I've helped hundreds of women get in shape, find the confidence to step on stage for the very first time right through to helping my clients win trophies.

More importantly I know what it feels like to have no confidence and to not be happy with yourself.
